In celebration of Children\u2019s Day, Uisa welcomed around 50 children of employees on a guided tour as part of the first edition of Uisa Tour Kids. The children, aged between 7 and 12, from Nova Ol\u00edmpia, Denise, Tangar\u00e1 da Serra, and Assari\/MT, had the opportunity to explore parts of the biorefinery’s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This kids’ version of the initiative is part of the Uisa Tour program, which aims to promote integration and a systemic view among the company\u2019s employees. Through the program, professionals can visit and learn about other areas of the business that they don\u2019t typically interact with on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe decided to extend the Uisa Tour program to a Kids version. It was a program that made the children very happy; they actively participated with questions and comments about everything they saw during the visit. Everything was done with great safety and care to ensure the success of the program. We are committed to creating impactful projects for our people and our communities,\u201d said Bernardo Mendes, Corporate Communications Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is the first time the company has organized an event exclusively for employees’ children. During the visit, the participants had the chance to explore part of the industrial facilities, the Biomass Biotechnology Center (CBB), the administrative sector, the plant nursery, and the Guanabara Grove, where recreational activities were held for the children.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
